Any-order Pick 4 wins are Box wins, worth $200 to $1,200 on $1. Pennsylvania Pick 4 is played Straight, Box or Straight/Box, and each of these needs all four digits to match, in order or in any order. A Straight win pays $5,000 on $1 and $2,500 on $0.50. Box wins on $1 pay $1,200 (4-way), $800 (6-way), $400 (12-way) or $200 (24-way), and Wild Ball Box wins pay $60 to $390. Pick 4 payouts by state compares other states.
Pick four digits from 0 to 9, choose Straight, Box or Straight/Box, and play $0.50 or $1 (Straight/Box costs $1). Add Wild Ball to double the play, then choose the Day or Evening draw. The general rules are in how to play Pick 4.
Wild Ball doubles the cost of a Pick 4 play and adds an extra drawn digit that replaces any one of the four winning digits. That creates extra Box wins at lower prizes, such as $60 on a $1 24-way play.

No. The game started on November 22, 1980 as Big 4 and was renamed Pick 4 on January 27, 2015. "Daily Number" was Pick 3's original name, and Win 4 is a different game – New York's four-digit draw – with its own results.
