The Win 4 Box payout rises as the number of orders falls: a $1 24-way Box pays $200, a 12-way $400, a 6-way $800 and a 4-way $1,200. The Win 4 Straight payout stays $5,000 on $1 for every number, including 0-0-0-0. A four-of-a-kind number such as 7-7-7-7 has one order only, so it is played Straight. Box ways, Combination costs and Straight/Box splits for any four digits are worked out in the Pick 4 bet cost and payout calculator.
Instant Win on New York Win 4
Win 4 results never include an extra drawn digit, because New York runs no Fireball or Wild Ball. Players can instead add Instant Win for $1, which prints random numbers and prize amounts on the ticket itself, from $1 (1 in 10) to $500 (1 in 30,000).
